Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy

  1. Shipping Policy

We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping terms:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
  • Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination. California sales tax will be applied to shipping charges where required by law.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense or issue a refund (minus original shipping costs).
  • Delayed Shipments: In accordance with FTC rules, if we cannot ship your order within the timeframe promised (or 30 days if no timeframe is specified), we will notify you and provide the option to either consent to the delay or cancel the order for a full refund.

 

  1. Returns and Refunds (California Civil Code § 1723)

Pursuant to California law, we maintain the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, personalized items, or final sale items.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@keymartus.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

  1. Return Shipping
  • Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or arrived damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Recommendation: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@keymartus.com. California consumers are protected by the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, which provides rights regarding the repair, replacement, or refund of defective consumer goods. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for any item that is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

  1. Restocking Fees
  • A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund for items that are returned in opened or used condition.
